WOW! What an ordeal.

Thankfully everyone survived.

Congrats to all who helped.

This experience is definitely one worthy of a story. Thank you Andrew for sharing this adventure!

It was awful to live through (but everyone did live through!), though reading the abbreviated version doesn't really express it all! I was most impressed by the friends who donated hours, and maybe more so by the friends of friends who showed up for the wet, muddy rescue. It is wonderful to see the support for the homestead lifestyle that surrounds you. And that baby is adorable!

Learning from doing is the way in this world. You never forget anything in this kind of thing when you have to keep up the good fight for days and nights like that. We almost lost a kitten this week, also and learned a hell of a lot including, that aloe vera is the best plant to have around our home for humans and animals with any kind of digestive problem. We lost sleep also getting up and giving aloe vera gel to ANDY to break up an obstruction and by golly it worked on a life threatening blockage of his bowel. We prayed alot, cried some and got answers we needed from Mother nature and muscle testing. We learned that fiber is good for every animal alive (in the form of sweet-potato pureed in our chicken recipe for their food ( we put aloe Vera gel in the food we make and drink ourselves also). Water and plenty of it helps when you have a fire for heat also.

SOOOOO, lost sleep, we understand, well, this last week after this life threatening situation with ANDY.

You are so awesome dear man and I am so glad you had a whole community of people, friends and family to assist you. You have saved a life and mother, and fought hard to do so. You are a hero and don't be surprised if Bella licks your face in gratitude with her very long and amazing tongue, to thank you. Thinking of you and Kayla and kids, and sending love to Bella.
